Entering the 2000s, with the rapid growth of the domestic real estate market and competition being intensified, the need for real estate development to embrace various financial techniques and systematic analysis emerged. Therefore, demand is also increasing for experts who have a general understanding of real estate and business management-based decision-making ability. ‘Real Estate Studies’ will allow students to demonstrate competence as experts in all fields related to real estate with its curriculum across business management, investment analysis, development, policy, taxation, laws and finance. Real estate studies is a very practical discipline, and activities are similar to an orchestra where many people come together to create a piece of art. Therefore, it is very worthwhile and attractive for students with enterprising entrepreneurship, mutual understanding and cooperative spirit to challenge themselves. We operate a variety of curricula based on practicality and a cooperative spirit.
