※ “Government agency” refers to a public official with experience under Article 2 (2) of the “State Public Officials Act” and Article 2 (2) of the “Local Public Officials Act”. Among civil servants in career service under each Act, public officials in specific positions are calculated in accordance with the Regulations of the Ministry of Personnel Innovation, “Guidelines for Remuneration of Public Officials, etc.”

※ “Government-affiliated organizations or public corporations” refer to organizations that fall under any of the following subparagraphs:

  • Public institutions designated and announced in accordance with Article 6 of the “Act on the Management of Public Institutions.”
  • Local directly managed enterprises, local public corporations, and local public corporations established or established pursuant to Articles 5, 49, and 76 of the “Local Public Enterprises Act”.
  • 3. Korea Broadcasting Corporation under the “Broadcasting Act” and Korea Educational Broadcasting System under the “Korea Educational Broadcasting Corporation Act”

     

※ Scholarship recipients receive scholarship benefits during the academic year, but in principle, the requirements at the time of the decision on reduction or exemption must be maintained (scholarships are not provided if the requirements are not met, except for military students).
※ Only one of the most favorable conditions apply to recipients of duplicate scholarships.
