When Submitting Documents

  • If you submit the application by person or mail, your application is accepted when the application fee is paid, and all documents are completely submitted.
  • All documents submitted must be original.
  • Prospective graduates must submit the graduation certificate before the start of the semester after graduation.
  • Submitted documents will not be returned.

Cautions

  • Applicants shall be responsible for any disadvantages arising from errors, omissions, misspellings, and insufficiency of required documents.
  • All applicants must include a phone number or mobile phone number where they can be reached at any time during the application period on the application form. All responsibility for omissions or incorrect entries shall be borne by the applicant.
  • Submitted documents and application fees will not be returned. All admission evaluations will not be disclosed.
  • If a prospective degree holder fails to obtain a degree, or if submitted documents are forged or falsified or false information is included, acceptance and admission will be cancelled even after the admission period.
  • For those who have passed through fraud such as cheating or proxy interviews, and those who are involved in other irregularities in the entrance examination, acceptance and admission will be cancelled even after admission.
  • If the degree-conferring institution of a person who has obtained a degree from abroad does not correspond to a regular degree-conferring institution, both acceptance and admission will be cancelled even after admission.
  • If an active military member is not selected by the Ministry of Education as a recommended student for self-fund study, the admission will be cancelled.
  • For foreigners, it can be changed according to the guidelines for issuing visas from the Ministry of Justice, so it is necessary to check the school office by wire before submitting the application.
  • Successful applicants must pay tuition within the designated registration period, and if otherwise, they are considered to have given up registration.
  • If you give up on registration after registering, you must fill out the “Application for Waiver” and submit it to the Office of Academic Affairs before the start of the semester (admission) to receive a full refund of the tuition amount.
  • If you express your intention to withdraw before 30 days from the start of the semester, 5/6 of the tuition fee will be refunded (the admission fee is not eligible for a refund).
  • The Office of Academic Affairs may request other documents from applicants if necessary.
  • Documents to be submitted, including the received application form, and application fees are not returned or refunded.
  • Matters not specified in the Guidance on Entrance Examinations are determined by the Graduate School Committee of SVU.
